Very informative. Easy accessibility and handy to be able to go back in any time.
Good explanation of terms again preparing you well for the test.
All the relevant material with a clear and concise delivery and time to understand the subject. Delivery, graphics, people and pace all assist delivery. The assessment correctly challenges you at a necessary level.

This training is so important for staff both within and outside the workplace. It was not too long and presented well the issues that can arise on a daily basis.
While clear and obvious examples are needed to clarify the concepts and definition, it would be helpful to discuss situation where there is more nuance and subtlety as occur more often in real working life.
Explained all information in an easy to understand format and seemed to cut a lot of the jargon often used in these courses out.

I liked the training I thought the explanations were very clear and used easy to understand language. There was sufficient information to give a good understanding and the wording and graphics were good.
