I would have found this more favourable with more examples. I didn't think it was transparent enough for me personally.
Confusing information,questions not clearly asked.
My mouse is too sensitive for the tests and sometimes selects an answer without my assistance!But the course subject matter is virtually no different from last year, or indeed ten or fifteen years ago or even longer than that.
I found the course engaging, helpful and well presented; I have definitely learned from it. I enjoyed it up to the point where I had to do the test. The test is based largely on pedantic box-ticking technicalities and not on any general sense of direction. Fine for an employment lawyer but not for a "largely wanting to be compliant layperson". The obsession with the minutiae of types of discrimination is quite wearing. I think I broadly know how to avoid discrimination, but if I needed to know the minute technicalities I would look them up. I know what Avogadro's Number is, but I would need to look it up to check its magnitude.... it doesn't make me a lesser scientist. Having taken me with you in the presentations, you have lost my interest through the test and I estimate I had to restart it about 10 times. Like the curate's egg: good in places.

This is can be a complicated and difficult subject but is essential in the workplace. Lets hope people take notice of it. Enjoyed the training course. Very informative and presented in a way that made it easier to understand.
