I thought the explanations were clear and easily understood. I'm not sure having the "actors" added much value and were a little bit of a distraction.
A useful summary of all that you need to know regarding equality in the workplace
For my job this is the most useless And pointless course I have ever completed for the job I do.
The course covered unacceptable behaviour, protected characteristics and benefits of equality & diversity in a clear and easy to follow way. I thought the test was realistic and fair. Overall an effective way to cover the topic.
