informative and clear. not at all a waste of time
This was a good course with good information about the issues that can occur in a workplace. The one thing I have experienced is when someone has mistaken what you say and it's taken out of context, resulting in people taking the wrong attitude against you. There is a certain amount of hierarchy in the workplace, but everyone has to be treated equally and correctly. There should also be no issue about colour either. Employing a token coloured person does not make the situation right.
Identifies all the different aspects and definitions clearly so that you gain a good understanding of all the issues involved.
Testing people to see if they get the right sort of disrimination is daft. It doesn't really matter what sort of disrimination it is - it's all disrimination. It ends up just testing ones memory (which could maybe be a sort of discrimination!!).

The content was fine however I felt the test was a little on the prescriptive side at times e.g. How many types? this is more of a learning by recital rather than a demonstration of understanding the content and application
