The course is engaging with short videos, graphics and written summaries. Quite a lot to take in but set at a good pace. Makes you realise there is quite a lot out there to be aware of to educate yourself and others about.
Preachy and completely ignores common sense. Assumes we are all guilty and need 'training'
The course covered thoroughly equality and diversity issues in the workplace, building on te training in bullying and harassment and further opening up issues that may arise, to raise awareness in the workplace. I ertainly benefitted from being refreshed about the legal aspects an non-legal components too.
However some of the video and audio kept cutting out throughout the course.
