This course helped to learn the different types of prohibited behaviours and the subtle prejudices and stereotypes that could be happening in the work place. It was good to be able to identify the protected characteristics and the types of discrimination that can occur, and also to understand how an organisation, by being pro-active can produce happier employees and thus improve the overall running of the company.

Have learnt a lot regarding the law , I'm glad this course is part of our mandatory training, I have learnt some things I was not aware of.
I am sure I will be able to apply what knowledge and awareness I have acquired in this course not only to my work situation but also outside work.
Excellent video, really clear examples.However, do remember when talking about gender that some people identify as non binary, not just male or female. Some people are also gender fluid. I think it would be of benefit to add this into the gender section.
