I have gained awareness and full understanding how this subject applies to various day-to-day operations and its importance to all organisations, even in our own daily lives, the value of and better understanding of the effects of stereotyping, labelling, prejudice and discrimination and the different characteristics that make people unique, everyone’s responsibility to treat others as they would wish to be treated fairly and with respect. TUTORS: They exhibit a warm, compassionate grasp of their subject, which is well communicated. I thoroughly enjoyed this course.

Makes clear and understandable training for Equality and Diversity
A person can possibly see and experience a lot of the content and not realise what is happening around them or what is actually happening to themselves, they may just 'put up' or go along with a situation not realising they are being bullied or harassment is taking place, this training course brings everything out in the open and certainly makes people more aware and they can do something about it.
This is a extremely broad topic which I believe was covered well in a short time.
