I found the content of this module simple to follow and understand, the pace and examples were helpful to tease out the nuances in a tricky subject area
It give complete information on how to treat people both in the work place and outside of it.
taught me new things and items you forget through the years.
easy to stay concentrated as the course is in bite size sections
When you go to scroll it sometimes selects the answer which is on the screen and you can’t undo it it once it selected maybe a option to confirm selection before taking it as an answer
