Whilst this was very informative, I felt that there was too much emphasis on terminology.

Very interesting course with good information and well presented. Videos allowing closed captions and written commentary are a very good way of getting the information across to the person taking the course. A great way to promote awareness of the issues presented

I thought the course content was thorough and delivered in a professional way.

Good learning, learn new information as well as a good recap.

I think better results can be had through organisational, collaborative engagement with staff and teams. I'm not convinced this would change or upskill an individuals thinking. I also disagree with Q11 (which I got wrong) I believe that you can stipulate 10 years experience as long as you can present a Genuine Occupational Reason (GOR). I have in the past taken legal advice on this matter and posted a vacancy with a similar requirement. Any feedback on this would be appreciated.

I found this course very helpful,reminding me of rules I used to follow in the past but had forgotten.One simple question was, could you ask people their age when interviewing them,unbelievably I got it wrong by saying yes,as an interviewer myself in the past, I would have known the answer immediately.

A clear, comprehensive and practical training course which is delivered in a non patronising, personable way. All the major vocabulary and potential situations are covered and you will feel more informed and prepared for practical use once you have completed it. The ability to look back on sections to refresh knowledge is an excellent feature to ensure fuller understanding and ensure a confident test result.

Easy to use and very informative it was good to be able to retrace wrong answers to correct yourself
