I think the information was simple and relevant which help to understand the importance of equality and diversity at work.
I was interested in the format of the course - quite absorbing in the end. And the ‘tell them what you are going to tell them, then tell them, then tell them what you have just told them’ classic presentaion format was good.
Clear, straightforward and informative basic training on Equality and Diversity - focusing on the Protected Characteristic and Types of Discrimination. Highly suitable for people who have no previous training in this area.
