A well paced and informative course that acts both as a refresher to established employer's/employee's and a starting point for new members of staff.
It never occured to me 'why' unconcious bias happens? this training has explained it so well. The added materials showcasing: what employer should consider and what you can do, was bonus.
Video's kept breaking up,maybe due to internet connection. Other than that course was good.
Good course and test..lots of laws I was not aware of..good to refresh again..not that easy to answer.

This was a great course to remind me and in some cases teach me information which is crucial to the workplace. With the world ever changing and people along with it, it is important to keep up with the times to ensure a fair and equal workplace.

As I'm unused to online courses generally, I felt as stated above that a group course would have suited me better to give others perspective for us to interact.
