I enjoyed the course, it was very interesting and the test was challenging but mindfully beneficial and rewarding. Thankyou

I feel the course is attempting indoctrination in some respects.For instance how can Black and Ethic minority policemen form a National Black Police Association and only black policemen can join it. Wouldn't it seem outrageous if there was a National White Police Association and only white policemen allowed to join? It should be just The National Police Association.

VERY GOOD IN REMINDING YOU TO TREAT PEOPLE HOW YOU WANT TO BE TREATED

An excellent overview of a challenging area where it can be difficult to fully appreciate the more subtle manifestations. One minor point: place a little more emphasis on unconscious bias and how to counteract it.

Comprehensive explanation of the different challenges associated with ensuring equality and diversity are promoted and supported within the workplace.

Maybe be better to ask questions in chunks after each section for a greater depth of understanding

I really enjoyed the course but found it slightly difficult as a lot of the explanations were quite similar and sometimes found it hard to differentiate the answers to the right questions. I probabaly would of coped better with this test in a classroom .
