Having worked in a diverse range of working environments over the last few decades, I am encouraged by the importance placed on equality and diversity training. Everyone should be aware that it is their right to be treated fairly with respect and dignity in every workplace.

This course was clear, well presented, move at a good pace. I was able to break off and return as my commitment allowed through out the morning. The content was appropriate and reaffirmed some of my previous knowledge and gave me the opportunity to reflect on my own pratice and that of my organisation.

A focused and succinct course. I would have liked an opportunity to change an answer - when I realised I had clicked on the wrong one, just a double check that that is the answer you wish to highlight (before the correct answer comes up).

The training was informative and well presented and the illustrations with graphics and with people were helpful in showing some of the subtleties of discrimination, as well as the obvious. One or two of the test questions did not seem to relate directly to the content of the training, required a degree of interpretation.

Clear to follow language. Visual aids and helpful summaries. No pressure of timef exam but opportunity to ensure and deepen understanding.

Although I thought I knew all the things in this course there were many new learning points that I didn’t know. This surprised me and I’m very pleased to have learnt so much.

Covered all aspects succinctly and was both interesting and informative

Really useful training, outlining the legal and societal implications of failing to implement equality and diversity in the workplace.
