good enjoyed learning about equality & diversity
This course is set at too low a level for experinced staff who have completed the VQ3 and above. It is almost the exact same course as completed two years ago so seems like a tick box exercise rather than a geniune learning oppertunity.
This really helped me understand the differences in the types discrimination people experience in the workplace (direct/indirect/associative /perceptive) and I feel it would be a benefit to everyone to do this training
