Very clear, concise language.

Very interesting and useful. Presenters clear and professional without seeming patronising. The quiz was not so good - the answers didn't always relate to the course content which was quite stressful for me.

Educational and entirely necessary, really happy with it.

We are professionals who are very used to assimilating information rapidly. To give us 29 little videos that we have to click through individually feels like not just a waste of time, but an insult. However, I am committed to supporting equality and diversity, and I am not going to be put off that lifelong effort by your patronising set of videos. What was your brief? To get people to spend as long as possible on your site? Just awful. But you have a captive audience of people who are compelled to use your site, so I very much doubt you will learn anything from this response.

Repeating already completed questions when going back to review a particular topic was very time-consuming and not necessary It would be better to take you back to where you exited the test and so not having to start all over again.

There was some duplicate information from the Bullying and Harassment course, which was annoying as I had done that previously. The content for the training itself is okay, but it is poorly structured and the videos are incredibly short. On top of that, what I really hated was that there were additional videos/ documents to the right hand side of some of the slides - why wasn't this information integrated into the course directly? Also, in terms of documents, why not have one summary document to download rather than several short ones?
