I got a question wrong in the test, followed the guidelines to come out and review the section and then couldn't get back into the test. Found myself going round and round the course, unable to carry on with the test. Then, I got an email saying that I had passed it. Slightly confused.

Variation in presentation maintains interest; good use of people to demonstrate points.

This training has refreshed my knowledge on equality and diversity and highlights different types of discrimination that i wasn't sure they existed.

Very well presented, flowed really well and I definitely learnt a few very relevant things I hadn't been aware of (e.g. 9 protected characteristics). Thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend.

Helped me to understand about the different protected characteristics of the Equality Act. Good that you can re-do the test if you are not happy with your percentage.
