Very helpful in understanding different cultures and lifestyles

The course was clear and concise. The only negative is that there is no opportunity to clarify or discuss anything, which could aid understanding and compliance.

The course effectively covers key concepts such as unconscious bias, cultural competence, and the importance of diverse perspectives in the workplace.
Some solid information here. I found it patronising as it seemed to come from a place where the 'student' had done something wrong. I sat through a couple of hours of videos (again, good info) but when I got to the test, I realised I could have gone straight there as I already had the answers in my head. OK for people who somehow have completely bypassed EDI.

A very thorough, well presented and easy to understand training course, updating and improving my knowledge and self-awareness. This has improved my confidence in both interacting with colleagues and friends as well as how to appropriately invite them to share their views - enabling me to support them, understand and appreciate their circumstances and preferences.
