The training covered the area thoroughly and all information was presented clearly. The videos and visuals were good to assist with acquiring the necessary knowledge. The test was challenging.
An interesting training so as to have more information about appropriate treatments in the workplace !
I found this course interesting, particularly the sections on gender and the law regarding equality and diversity.

I quite enjoyed the course and the reading via the links was all useful stuff. Clarity in defining the various terminology used too was helpful, and a good reminder of the law in all these cases was a useful reference too.
