A helpful course that raises your awareness of relevant issues, but is perhaps a little too detailed in parts. Not all the test questions stunned to have a direct practical relevance.
I have used learning platforms in my previous employment, which were always quite long winded and you had to come out and go back in to complete a test. I found this system very engaging and easy to navigate.
In the exam, I was asked about the setting up of a Gay and Homosexual network by the employer. The Answers given were It is ok and It is not ok. I selected it is not ok. I was incorrect. Surely the answer would be that it is not ok. How can you setup a network for Gay and Homosexual employees that EXLCUDED non Gay and Homosexual employees. This is the very definition of "Discrimination". If that were the case, then the setting up of a network that excludes Gay and Homosexual members of staff would be ok.
A great resource that clarified terms I knew of, but probably couldn’t have separated the definitions of as clinically as this spelled them out. Lovely integration of actual law in there as well.
