wasn't clear on how to go back and redo the questions to understand the training better
Overall good training but some choices of wording seemed clumsy. Saying that harassment is hard to monitor because it is "based on feelings" is problematic - harassment is whatever the victim claims it is. This sentence felt to me like it was validating the argument that it isn't harassment if the perpetrator did not intend it maliciously. References to sex discrimination rather than gender discrimination excludes the experiences of non-binary and trans people. Referring to trans people as 'living as their preferred gender' insinuates that trans women are not really women, merely men 'preferring to live as women'. This is invalidating the identity of trans people and playing into transphobic narratives. There were also no references to intersectionality and the potential for some groups of people to face further discrimination because they possess multiple protected characteristics.
An informative course, which covers all aspects of equality and diversity. The course is useful in the work life as well as home and leisure.
Not enough clarity (or too much emphasis) on the subtle differences between bullying and harrassment.

it's very clear and concise. Also, it's good that you have the opportunity to refresh if you're not sure on something.
Easy to follow, loved the content
