I really had no idea that there was so much that could be got wrong so easily. It has given me much to think about. So old and set into so many bad habits.
It's easy in your everyday without even realising that you are doing it to slip into unconscious behaviours. this course highlights where you could be going wrong in a relevant and manageable way.
