The subject material is good but also a bit amorphous- so some of the videos are by necessity a bit vague - the questions are very specific, and you need to listen very carefully to the text
Quite a lot of information and terms in this course which are easy to understand and delivered well in each section but not summarised well as a conclusion

Pretty straightforward and I am very familiar with all the ideas and concepts within. Some of the wording in the test tripped me up and although I went back and re-read he section, it remained on the results when I want to get 100%I would maybe also state that harassment can be completely unintentional due to ignorance or lack of understanding.
