The E&D Training is sufficient in introducing basic concepts, but does not offer more nuanced examples of discrimination, harassment, etc. This training does not cover laws and regulations that apply to US based employees. Would like to see California based training, as each state has different laws & protections.
This training materials was designed very efficiently which was very user friendly. The training was delivered very effectively. This was an excellent training that I enjoyed participating it.Well done.
The presentation was ok and the ideas came across well enough but didn't actually change the way I thought about equality and diversity. It didn't force me to challenge my preconceptions or state that biases through experience are ok as long as you don't act on those biases without justification. Overall it was too simplistic and forgettable. More active participation would have been better. You can sit there not really paying attention and still get through it fine.
A good and interesting course that will help in my workplace.
