I have never been asked to consider any of the topics listed in previous employments and only paid lip[ service to the subject. I found it really interesting and challenged many of my own thought concepts.

The pace of the training was excellent. I have completed lots of e learning course on E and D at my various workplaces but I particularly enjoyed this one.
Some of the videos could have been compiled together, as breaking them up into much shorter ones was quite disruptive, and made taking notes of the content and navigating it tedious.
Two comments re content - the section on 'age' and the workforce is a bit simplistic: post covid the job situation may be very different, plus many older people work longer now because pensions have worsened and people can't afford to retire as early as they have in the past . A question - people who are adopting have many of the same rights in the workplace as those assigned to pregnant women - but I presume this is not captured under the equality law.
Equality and Diversity Training is good. Because it’s open up individuals mind what is acceptable behaviour and what is not. A good relationship between Employers and Employee. Everyone must be treated equally with respect. All must treat everyone the way they want to be treated. People working together as a team is a success.
A good training module that informs in a clear and succinct way.

This refresher course reminds you what you may have been forgetful of during the course of time spent in a working and social environment .
Excellent content but suffered only slightly from being in too many separate sections.
