The training was good - maybee I SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS TRAINING IN WELSH.
The course covered all the essential elements of current equality and diversity issues for all genders. It is not too in depth that it loses you, however, it contains enough information to be both informative and inclusive for all.

struggled a bit on this course, seemed to me to be wrong way round, should have explained protected first.
I liked the course and the content was professional and up to date, it was also very clear from start to finish.
Clear explanation of equality legislation, what are prohibited behaviours and what employers responsibilities are. Also useful summary of the benefits of having a diverse workforce for the employer and for employees. Good examples used throughout.
