Very informative course, Just reinforced my knowledge regarding equality and diversity.

I thought it was very clear and concise with lots of options for extra information. The test questions at the end made you think too and weren't necessarily completely straightforward.

How is it proven that a team of people with different races / religions is more proactive / happier than a team of one race / religion? it is completely up to the laziness and proactiveness of each individual regardless of race or religion that question / answer is a complete nonsense type of question - If anything it shows the company is more diverse and reputable when employing people. There is a few other questions on the test which are also similar and not very well put together.

the course is straight forward and all explained prior taking the test , everyone can do it.

Accessible online training in bite size chunks. But too basic for today’s e&d landscape

I got quite involved in the course as it went on and I think its something all members of staff should be aware of.

Useful refresher to reaffirm the benefits of embracing equality and diversity.

I don't like the ihasco training courses. I find them all very repetitive as if they're trying to drag out a few simple point in to a long video. These are quite obviously to just fulfil legal requirements rather than to actually provide education and useful training. The tests at the end are so simple that they're pointless, my dog could pass them and he hasn't even watched the video.
