The training course in itself was very good - I felt some of the questions were worded a little ambiguously.
Combination of visuals on the slides as well as written commentary good. Plenty of additional information. Would have liked the option of repeating the test to improve score and validate learning.
This is a really useful session presented in a helpful, non-patronising way, which engages the interest of the participant. The use of example situations is particularly helpful in ensuring a proper understanding of the concept being explained. I also liked the explanation of the benefits of embracing EDI principles. The session is also exactly the right length.
This was an interesting course.
A great and informative course for those who need some guidance on understanding exactly what equality and diversity is and the importance of it in the workplace.
It suggests audio and transcript so I could use both at the same time. The topical are broken into small chunks and can be reviewed again if needed. I enjoyed it. Thank you
