Not bad but a bit transparent and tends to be more of a memory test than a lesson. This is particularly true where in some cases, in the real world, there is more than one correct option answer to some of the questions. Perhaps the author of the test was bullied into concentrating on a pre targeted number of questions ?

i found it quite confusing until i took a step back , watched it again in a quiet environment and listened properly. I learnt more than i thought i would, thankyou

a lot of what i knew but some things i needed to remember and take on board.

To be honest this was a close call. Thankful I got through.

I am working as a volunteer and the content was useful as a reminder. I found the terminology was more useful to HR staff, however the content was thoughtful and a good reminder we all have our prejudices.

Useful module delivered in an engaging way. Good learning resources, Mixture of text and visual. Useful summaries and sensible 'test' questions. Module encourages participation rather than scares individuals with thoughts of the examination to be passed.
