For example one question asked if a person referred to a transgendered person by their previous pronoun would it be A - bullying, B - harassment, C - prejudice (B being the correct answer in the test). The problem is that depending on the context multiple or all of the answers would be correct, ie; Was it deliberate? Was it accidental? Did the person do this repeatedly and/ or maliciously? Did they do it to just one specific trans person or all trans people? In the real world, the context is absolutely vital when determining somebody's intent.

This was a very helpful refresher. the only thing i would say is being dyslexic means changes of retaining info and multi choice can give too many options. with all that said to test appropriate there needs to be some way of doing this. this was played out in the questions around association and preceptive discrimination

Clear training both verbally and visually. Easy to follow and to the point.

A good and interesting course. Internet connection froze occasionally but generally fine. Good use of roleplay in course.

It was great to be able to choose a time that was suitable for me around my busy schedule. It was also good to work through it at my own pace and go back over areas, . That made it stick in my mind more.

Good introductory course, including resources

I found this course to be interesting and always useful to have extra knowledge of. I have taken the course a few times now over so many years and I am pleased to have the refresher. It opens up your eyes to what you could be unconsciously doing and what other people are doing around you which you can look out for.

Was devastated to fail the first attempt..but actually, by watching the whole thing again..so much more went into my head and made sense. Lots of criteria that are of similar origin, but hold differing titles that is a bit confusing, but more understandable the second time around. Well thought out program and easy to watch visuals. Hopefully all the info shall remain with me and bring positive help and guidance throughout the remainder of my career for both myself and my colleagues.
