This course covers equality, diversity and inclusion, the protected characteristics and harassment and victimisation in depth and also in a clearly explained way with clear practical examples. The tone is supportive. There is a supplementary activity on 'unconscious bias' - I was surprised that ethnicity/race was not mentioned here.
Completing Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Training was enlightening and empowering. It provided valuable insights into fostering a more inclusive workplace culture. I appreciated learning about recognizing biases, promoting diversity, and ensuring equal opportunities for all. This training equips me with essential skills to contribute positively to my organization's EDI efforts. I really enjoyed it. Thank you.

I am totally against this type of training! I have been working for 53 years with a very short break for having my children. I have ALWAYS treated everyone I work with with the utmost respect, have never had a complaint made against me and feel very strongly that this type of training is extremely patronising and unnecessary.
The course was pitched at the right level of detail, providing helpful information about EDI in the workplace without taking too long.
i was enlightened and now i should react to people in a different way,
