It was difficult to understand the questions relating to this course. It was quite wordy and yes sometimes you need a lot of explaining for such an important topic. the test was not easily understood either. Than you

Very professional video and delivery. Seemed to comprehensively cover everything. Sometimes found the level of attention on exactly which legal terminology is correct not relevant to the fact that such behaviour is wrong and / or illegal, would probably rather have more scenario based examples.
When trying to play course through headphones and through speakers, the sound quality was very poor and inaudible through headphones even when volume was set to the max. Course content was informative but sound quality requires addressing please.
