Some sections should give practical guidance on some issues. For example colleagues who are going through gender reassignment. what do refer them as. When does Colin become Carole.
Whilst we all think we act in the right way this course really highlighted the areas where we need to think more about how we conduct ourselves and the effect this has on others. A better understanding of the terminology really helps cement the principles of what it is we should all be thinking more about.
