Great training

I liked the training. There's a few bits I need to review, but generally it is very good training.

Enjoyed the course

It was a good course and liked that you could watch video and read manuscript

Fine

The videos were clear but examintion was based on learning terms and conditions to acheve a pass.

I thought the course was good

The sections were broken down well and easy to follow. There was the right amount of information in each section and the ability to go back and review really helpful. I also liked the additional information attached to some of the sections which went into more detail - very helpful

5/5
Informative and to the point

So often these courses get tangled up in the differences between law and ethics: this really helped. I would have been useful to have had some preparation for the mid-term test!

4/5
The course was easy to follow

The course dealt with the subject matter factually & concisely, and gave the pertinent points in an understandable and user friendly manner

4/5
Too much jargon

This course seems to have been designed by a sociologist with an excessive use of jargon and legalese. It is a “catch all” course for use in a wide range of jobs and professions, and it will probably be taken by employees with a wide range of responsibility. It is therefore not relevant to all. For my own part I got very little from the course because I will not be a better or worse employee having taken it. I hopefully won’t discriminate, harass or bully another person, but knowing the differences of the sometimes vague definitions doesn’t usually alter behaviour. What you can never get away from is the value of common sense and a person having a perception of right and wrong.

2/5
Good but ideally more examples

Would be great to have more examples of behaviour/language which is considered discriminatory/harrassing - especially seemingly innocuous or well-intentioned things. Also would suggest not using the word 'preferred' when speaking about the gender identity of somebody who is trans, as it implies it's a nice-to-have, or is negotiable. It'd also be good to have a brief explainer of the difference between gender, sex and sexuality in the video, as well as reference to gender being a spectrum (and the existence of people who are non-binary), and pronoun usage.

3/5
Interesting course

clarifies issues on equality and diversity and breaks it down fully.
