The descriptions of the 4 types of discrimination were well explained with examples. There was also a short testing phase to check our understanding of the terms. However, with the section on disability I don't think there was the same thorough treatment to make sure we understood the difference between reasonable adjustment and positive action.

This course was very informative. The videos were exgaging and the summaries were consice and clear.
Generally well paced course, covering a wide range of concepts relating to diversity and quality. One thing which could have been explained and delved into at a greater depth is the concept of positive action and differences between positive discrimination and positive action. Thanks
