Generally good but a bit legallistic in parts. I am not sure I needed to understand the subject to that depth.

Thanks for the invitation to this Course which was rewarding
It was probably just me but found some of the questions a bit ambiguous.
I belong to a mixed race family and find some of the questions and answers self-limiting with a lack of understanding around how mixed race people feel about themselves in a modern society and how they should not be perceived as "fragile", in the same way that many women feel they do not need rules put in place to "protect" them at work. We are perfectly capable of standing up for ourselves. Positive discrimination can, in itself, be discriminatory. However the law itself must firstly be non discriminatory.
easy to understand course.
Superficial, prescriptive in approach.Do not agree with definition of 'harrassment' (where is the element of repetition?).Course did not deal with making 'reasonable accomodation' but it came up in the questions.
