The course presented a complex subject in an engaging way and catered for every learning style. I particularly appreciated the short videos, the examples and interactive opportunities. The 'what you can do' sections were especially useful.

Excellent course. I leant a lot, especially the rules on direct, indirect, associative etc.. Good training for any company.

As stated, I found the content to be thoroughly comprehensive, well researched, current and informative. The training employed very plausible, well presented and clear scenarios, and I quickly realised how much I didn't fully understand; for me that is a marker of real learning! So ... an excellent training course, thank you.

How it is illegal to ask for 10 yrs experience , but not illegal to say you have to be under 20 in a job advert, defies logic!
