A complex subject but covered fairly well in a bit sized exercise

I felt the concepts were good as an introduction to the subject, but the examples were very few, obvious and simplistic, and did not reflect real-life situations which are often much more subtle and it might be very easy to unwittingly discriminate. The last training I did was better in highlighting that equality does not mean the same exact treatment for everyone, but a fair treatment that allows for difference, with examples to illustrate this. This was referred to in the test at the end, without having been adequately discussed in the training itself I felt. The benefits of a workplace with good equality and diversity attitudes were stated (and seem obvious as the right thing to aim for) but there was no evidence or statistics given to back up these statement.

A helpful and informative presentation highlighting the need for everyone to treat others as they themselves would like to be treated.
