Generally very good

I feel that test at end is maybe too easy. Maybe good to give more scenarios so you have to assess situation before giving answer. Working at a school our lawyers say that it is legal to ask date of birth of applicant as we have to look back at employment history of applicant to check and question any gaps in employment to assess their suitability for working with children.

Its a very good training

I would have liked to have gone back and corrected the two questions I didn't get right in the test I I slightly misunderstood the process

Enjoyable and informative

The examples brought this to life. And made the more tricker examples easier to understand

Interesting but...

The course contained lots of facts and definitions so it would be especially useful to a manager wishing to stay on the right side of the law. The test reflected this - but I don't think knowing exactly how many protected characteristics there are is particularly useful. Also for most people the distinction between bullying and harassment isn't one they need to make. There was not enough material on the positive side of 'how to be inclusive' to convince me that the course is aimed at staying right side of the law rather than being truly inclusive.
