Pretty fair for an online course.

This topic really needs participation and discussion. It is not an exact science and the course suffers from being online, particularly when every other work activity seems to be using this format.

Excellent Clear Course

This is a very clear and easy to follow course. Very user friendly with sections easy to repeat.

5star

The subject is a difficult one , but was delivered very well . Capturing everybody’s uniqueness and building a stronger team is so positive.

4 as questions really hard

Passed the 1st time but when I saw the first question I knew that I had to re-visit the course and make notes as the test was going to be ambiguous and therefore you needed to have a good understanding to pass, which is the desired result. Knowing you only had one attempt was another reason to re-visit the course content.

anoying video acting

Good but found the video scenes very distracting and uninformative. Would be much easier to concentrate on the audio without the video scenes. Over produced.

Was easy and straight forwards

Walked through all the instances and ways in which discrimination can occur. I think there were areas that could have done with being more in depth - such as how to manage them when they arise in the workplace.

Great course!

This training was very informative and insightful, and the test at the end was a good challenge to ascertain knowledge - it wasn't an easy test by any stretch, and I appreciated this fact.

Worth doing.

Course is fine but the 20 test questions are predominantly on knowing the exact terminology applicable to a situation rather than working around the issues arising from the situation itself. Knowing the exact number of protected characteristics is not worthy of a score. Far better would be a question about how to deal with a scenario where one/some of these characteristics are present.
