Very good course which every employer should have to teach their employees. I really enjoyed the course and learnt so much!
Lots of terms used and by the end of the course it was tricky to remember them all, but the pace was alright. Lots of visual examples.

I found this course to be very informative and user friendly. It was good I could pause the course when I had to take telephone calls etc. It was also good that I could go back and listen again to parts of the course I needed to.
