I found the Equality and Diversity training web sight really quite easy and very informative . It also provided some insight in to what is required for employees and volunteers ,certainly gives food for thought .

Was very useful as I wasn't actually aware of some of the subtle differences in terminology

Would have given it 5 stars if the certificate met the GDC CPD requirements

Really effectively covered the importance of Equality & Diversity in ~30 mins with visual aids

The course provided me with a better understanding of the meanings of terms used in relation to this matter. As an 'outsider' my perspective on these issues are not expressed using the same terms as are used by professionals, so it was helpful to be shown what is meant when these issues arise. It was of particular interest to hear the key point being summed up simply - 'treat others in the manner you would liek to be treated.'

Having worked for a number of corporate companies over a number of years on a temporary basis, I found it useful to learn more about Equality and Diversity and test myself on this knowledge.

The training was easy to follow, gave some good examples and covered E&D content as expected.

Very good course which every employer should have to teach their employees. I really enjoyed the course and learnt so much!
