I could hardly hear the audio, despite having the volume set at 100% outside the cloud on my laptop and 100% in the cloud. I had to have subtitles on to follow it properly.

Very clear presentation, particularly considering it is online training. Strong explanation of the law but also of the benefits of equality and diversity. There was one slightly conflicting message at the end that advised you to treat people in a way that is 'right for them' but also that is 'how you would like to be treated'. Those are not necessarily the same thing. But overall I thought it was very good.

Equality and diversity is an important course that teaches both the employer and the employees how to go by the rules and guidelines of their job.

I thought the questions did not very well reflect the course content, for example, questions about reasonable adjustments when I don't recall this being addressed. I thought there could also be more of a focus on what could be done in a work place to promote E&D e.g positive action, which appeared quite a bit in the test but was rather skated over . I listened to the presentation and I felt the sound was very quiet - i have an earing aid so would have appreciated sub titles.
