I thought the course was very detailed and gave you a lot of information and again gave you a good insight and reminder of people in the workplace. The only consideration is that you say the course is only 35/40 mins duration it actually takes a lot longer to listen and digest the information provided to achieve passing the test at 100%. I liked the questions in between the training. The test at the end was too long and had a few trick questions in - very frustrating if you got one wrong as you would have to go back to the appropriate place and then skip the slides you didn't require. Managing expectations of time and using an average of 45 mins could be improved going forward. Also made me think that currently in the workplace they currently do not utilize peoples skill set and this could be improved going forward to get the best out of the team.

I enjoyed this course and felt the presentation was excellent. I would recommend it to others.

A Very good and informative course. Each subject/topic was discussed in detail. I particulary liked the fact that questions were given halfway through the course. I believe it is important that every individual undertaking this course fully understands each topic and that every employee should be treated fairly and equally in the workplace. Some courses can be boring and time consuming. This one wasn't. Short and effective! well done
