very in-depth taught me a lot i didn't no
Some at the questins after fifteen very tricky to answer because some of them could all be relatable answers.
I feel that this was a good programme, but I also feel that this area is a real strength for the company I work for.

covered what was needed in a clear and engaging way
There were a few answers in the test that I thought maybe could have applied to both but very informative. Lots of things like the examples given happen everyday in work and we just accept them as part of a normal day from people's behaviour ie. I have been told that they react that way because of home life so we just accept it but now I know it isn't acceptable. If someone is having trouble at home or a family member is ill, it is not acceptable to take their angers out on staff or to treat people any differently than anyone else.
