Interesting on the test (Q.19) - an employer actively encouraging women for roles (from a man's/other gender's perspective, I found this as direct discrimination against that person!) - perhaps the question needs to be better worded?

I learnt a great deal about equality and diversity.
I liked the explanation of serotyping and unconscious bias and all the content was ok. What was lacking for me was: Accessibility information, for example if I was deaf could I have turned on captions? Interaction, it was very passive for the learner Examples of lived experience

It"s being a while i did something on the given subject but good go old ground it a challenging which enjoy the programme was very well put together it's core message hit home well done all connected.
