I appreciate the aim of training but it could have been better to take the online training when employee is not loaded with jobs to do on the daily basis, and have much time to focus on the presentation to absorb and gain more understanding without hurrying as her/his time is needed for the daily task.

I found the course more difficult than other courses in that there was a lot to absorb and some things were confusing. The test asked some questions that I did not pick up in the course content.
