The course gave me a lot of information about the meaning of words frequently used , such as discrimination , protected characteristics , harassment & bullying & victimisation .

There appears to only be 20 odd questions in the sample question pool, so if you fail the test the first time and resit it you get asked the same questions a second time, that is not a suitable examination system. The question on asking a candidates age in an interview is also incorrect, there can be legal requirements for a person to be over a certain age for a job, for example joining the armed services or serving alcohol behind a bar.
