This is a key area in any business and a subject that is very easy to have your own opinions on, usually led by the media and opinions of others. This training plan helps you stop and think about others and the effects we potentially can have on others. If we all take some time to learn our collective work place will be a much more harmonious and productive place to work

Not easy to complete. We have been assigned 1 hour from work & this took almost two after making extensive notes. Several colleagues have said exactly the same.
Equality and Diversity is very interesting and helpful course and and makes you understand and aware of working environment

A great course, provided plenty of information and additional information for further reading. Very relatable material as you can apply to day to day work in all cases, and also it provides some information on UK law which is important to have knowledge of.
