The test has made me very aware of the various discriminations I experienced years ago as a young woman working in all male management offices. Glad times have changed.
Comprehensive coverage of all issues with clear, tight focus in each presentation and good visuals which aided understanding of differences between ways in which discriminatory or unequal treatment of others negatively affects the workplace. Very good to see the positive aspects of inclusivity being emphasised. So much of this could be categorised as the fabled ‘common sense’, but good to have such a clear and positive reminder.

The content was good, and I liked how it unpicked different types of discrimination - associative, direct, indirect etc... only thing that didn't sit quite so well was the tone, I found they way they talked to the camera was a bit patronising
