The course content is clear with intuitive navigation. I would say there are a number of questions which could be 'leading' and slightly ambiguous. I'm still unsure whether one answer provided regarding redundancy whilst on maternity leave is correct.
The invite letter to the course states that the course is designed to suit all levels of ability. The fact that the course is done on line via a tablet or PC is a problem to people that are not computer literate and so does not make the course easy for these people without some kind of assistance and coaching.I also feel that the wording is not easy to follow and absorb for when doing the test.
Everyone should attend this course.
